Liz Earle Superskin Eyecream
Hey guys, I thought that I'd do a review of the new Liz Earle product (which to be fair has been out for a little while now!). I love Liz Earle products and I use most of them on a daily basis. It was one of the first brands that I got into and it was one that my mum made me use as a teenager. And I have to say, I have tried out other products but I always come back to Liz Earle.
So when this product was announced I was excited. Because while I like the daily eye repair it was not moisturising enough. I have weirdly dry under eyes which is a nuisance when I want to apply makeup because it ends up looking gross. I have tried a few different eye creams but none of them have really helped get rid of the dryness. So this product sounded just up my street. And of course most of it is natural ingredients so thats a bonus!
The packaging it comes in is true to the Superskin line. And it comes with a pump which I love. The consistency of this was quite surprising to me as I did not think it would be quite so thick. It reminds me of the daily eye repair but slightly thicker.
This applies really nicely and I was surprised as it has a slight tacky texture. But on first using this, in the morning when I woke up I was like yaaaaaaaaaaaaas! I love this product already. From the first application I already saw a difference. I have only been using this for two-three weeks now I can see much more of a difference.
My eyes are noticeably smoother and definitely way more hydrated. When applying makeup I no longer suffer from the dreaded dry under eyes! Hallelujah xD. I didn't expect to love this product so much but it's given me the results I have been craving. Even my faithful coconut oil couldn't combat the dryness so this is a definite winner for me. The price point of this alone is quite expensive as most Liz Earle products are but I would say it is definitely worth the splurge. Especially if you suffer from ridiculous dry under eyes like I do.
Till next time xx
