Thoughts on Saint's Row 3 Steelport Take over!

So the second post (I will stop referring to posts by number I promise! XD) I thought that it would be a gaming post seeing as I’m playing the game at the moment and am enjoying it because it seems never-ending! As the picture above would tell you this is about Saints Row The Third.

And its definitely some crazy, whacky fun…

I just recently happened to purchase this game thanks to the lovely people at steam and their awesome summer sale (at which I went a little spend crazy!). I have heard of saint’s row before but for some reason it just didn’t seem to be a game that I thought I would like. No idea why because these are the sort of games I love (confusing I know!). So when I saw these games on the sale I thought to hell with it. And I am so glad I did because this game is awesome! It’s an action adventure single/multiplayer game which could be compared in a way to grand theft auto. Except you know, being way more whacky. 

You basically have the option of completing the main missions and what seems like never ending side missions in an attempt to take over the wonderful city of Steelport and weed out the other gangs who are trying to push your gang, the awesomely funny Saint's out. Pierce is definitely a favourite character of mine. Its like the things he says!

Now I have got to state this: I played this game every day for over a week straight and I have still not completed it! The main storyline has been completed and some of the side missions and I still only have 65% of the game done. Needless to say I went and bought Saint’s Row IV and I am looking forward to more whacky fun and hearing all of the taunts and random comments the wonderful citizens throw at you. Like seriously they shout stuff at you like “learn to drive” and “woo my reflexes just saved me”. They tend to say that a lot of the time if you happen to be a bad driver like me and accidentally run people over…whoops! 

Anywho in conclusion if you’re into shooters or enjoy whacky games then saint’s row is definitely a game for you!
