February Favourites

Hey guys, hope you are well. So it's favourites time again! I have not done one of these in a while because I have not actually had many favourites. But this month I've found a few. And omg we're already in a new month again!

Anywho the first favourite of this month is from MAC. It is the Mineralise Skinfinish in Soft and Gentle and as far as I am aware is a highlighter. And I kind of looooooove it!It is such a subtle but gorgeous colour and for me it has been a struggle to find a good highlighter at least for my skin tone and this one just seems perfect. When applied it can look a bit glittery on the skin but it gives a definite glow (wherever you apply it). It is very easy to go overboard with this so use a light hand.It also came with a sample of Mac Prep and Prime which I have yet to try.

The next item is from Massimo Dutti and is a navy shirt. I do not have a shirt in this colour and the material of this is lovely. It is a silk like material and is kind of a pain because it cannot be machine washed. But it is a versatile shirt which again can be worn untucked for a more casual look or worn smart, done up and tucked into some trousers. I feel this can go very easily from day to night.

Third are these shoes from Aldo. They sold out and I was gutted about it because I was kind of obsessed with these. So when I found them again it was an immediate purchase. They are called Aconia and are made of cream leather. Not really a winter shoe but they definitely smarten up an outfit. I do not have anything like these so its a good addition to the wardrobe.

And last but not least is a book series I am reading at the moment. Now it will not be for everyone as it is more an urban fantasy/sci-fi type genre. But I literally cannot put these books down!! I am on book four at the moment and have already purchased book five, like that is how much I am enjoying the series. They are the Weather Warden Series from Rachel Caine. And she is seriously an awesome writer! Like I have pretty much read everything from Rachel Caine and in my opinion she can do no wrong! If urban fantasy is your kind of genre then definitely check these out.

So not a lot of favourites this month but a few good ones. What are some of the items you guys have been loving?

xx
